More Context Before Fulfillment
A firearm order can carry a large ticket, a transfer requirement, and a costly fulfillment decision. Staff need a clear way to record concerns, look up a customer, and route an order for review before the team commits inventory or ships. MFS Exchange brings those signals and decisions into the order workflow.
Flag What Your Team Should Review
- Customer blacklist by name, email, or phone with reason tracking — so the team remembers why a match needs attention.
- One-click blacklist additions from the order screen — capture the relevant customer details and surface matches for future review.
- Different review surfaces by workflow: classic checkout can validate a match, while POS, customer, and range screens expose warnings for staff. POS handling then follows the shop's configured review workflow.
- Audit history on each blacklist entry showing who added it and when.
A Lookup Shortcut For Staff
- WhitePages lookup shortcut from the order screen — open a search using the customer's name and address so staff can compare the public-record result.
- Staff review stays explicit — the lookup opens WhitePages for staff to review alongside the order before choosing a ship, hold, or cancel path.
- Useful for first-time buyers from new addresses, large orders, and orders with mismatched billing and shipping details that need another look.
Screening And Optional Chargeback Protection
The Wyllo (formerly NoFraud) connection can return Pass, Fail, or Review decisions and write the decision history back to the order. Screening begins when an order reaches processing, and review decisions are checked periodically; staff review the decision before fulfilling the order. Sales rung up at the register can be left out of screening, while orders paid through a pay link are still checked.
Device Signals And Review Routing
- Device fingerprinting as part of the screening flow — a device signal can add context when related orders use different IPs or email addresses.
- Screening sender runs when the order reaches processing; the configured review process can be checked periodically for updated decisions.
- Review routing can surface flagged orders for staff follow-up. Exact payment, stock, and fulfillment behavior depends on the configured order statuses and shop process.
- Verdict history stored on the order so you can see how each decision was reached.
- Fraud signals (optional) flag orders worth a second look — mismatched billing and shipping on non-firearm orders, unusually large non-firearm orders, disposable emails, and the same address or email used under different names. Flagged orders can be marked on the Orders list with an email to a manager.
