Spend Less Time Cleaning Listings And Chasing Reports

Incomplete listings and scattered reports create more work for your team. Clean up product details, put local stock in front of shoppers, and use sales and payment reports to see what needs attention next.

Overview

Make The Catalog Easier To Work From

Staff need product data they can trust when they price a shelf, print a tag, publish a listing, or answer a customer. They also need reports that show what sold, what is held, and what needs attention. MFS Exchange brings catalog cleanup and operational reporting into the same shop workflow.

AI Listings

AI Assistance With A Mode You Choose

  • AI-enhanced listings using OpenAI models to generate product titles, descriptions, and SEO metadata in bulk from your product data.
  • Bulk processing across hundreds or thousands of products — no manual copy-pasting per SKU.
  • SEO metadata generation for the Rank Math focus keyword, SEO title, and meta description.
  • Generation modes — rewrite everything, only the title and description, only the meta title and description, or just grammar and styling, for one product, a bulk selection or the background queue.
  • Cost estimate before you queue — the background queue shows the product count and estimated OpenAI cost first, never pays twice for the same product, and picks up where it left off.
  • Interactive review or automated save — interactive generation can be checked before saving, while the automated path may write generated fields directly to the product. Choose the mode that fits your workflow.
  • Content locks let staff protect selected products from AI changes, including manual generation.
Attribute Tools

Mapping, Dedup, And Cleanup

  • Attribute mapper to find and merge duplicate attribute terms with audit logging — "9MM Luger" and "9mm Luger" and "9 mm" all collapse to one canonical value.
  • Attribute alphabetizer to sort terms A–Z within an attribute so filtering UIs look clean to customers.
  • Manufacturer normalization tied to FastBound mapping — distributor sources speaking different conventions all flow into one canonical manufacturer list.
  • Allow duplicate GTINs permission for multi-listing scenarios where two products legitimately share a GTIN.
  • UPC meta log tracks UPC metadata changes for audit purposes.
  • Quick scan-in by UPC to add products to the catalog from a barcode scanner.
  • Bulk re-categorize (optional) — filter products, then add, move or remove categories in bulk, with an audit log and a one-click reverse.
Customer-Facing Catalog

Filters & Badges

  • Stock origin labels (optional) tell shoppers whether an item is in your store or ships from your warehouse, and staff get local-product badges and a local-only filter in the admin.
  • Product search — MFS product search gives shoppers instant results and filters built for model numbers and calibers.
  • FREE SHIPPING badges on eligible products surfaced on listing, search, and cart views.
  • Product sorter for setting the order products appear in across a large catalog.
  • Product options — dropdowns, swatches, text and file uploads with price changes and conditional display.
  • Enhanced descriptions fall back to the manufacturer’s description when a product has none of its own.
Price-Comparison Feeds

Control What AmmoSeek And Gun.deals See

  • AmmoSeek feed rules — choose which products go out with AND, OR and NOT rules, and shape listing titles with a title designer and a per-product preview.
  • Gun.deals feed (optional) with class mapping, the same rule builder, its own schedule, and hiding of below-MAP prices.
Print & Tags

Tags For The Counter

  • Customizable, printable price tags generated directly from product data — change a price, print a new tag.
  • Gun tags for serialized firearms with manufacturer, model, caliber, and serial.
  • Bulk print tags for an entire category or product set when refreshing displays.
  • Label templates with a live-preview editor, direct printing to Zebra or laser printers where supported, labels for everything received on a purchase order, editable label text, and lookup by serial number.
Reporting

Reports For Decisions, Not Just Exports

  • Daily and monthly sales reports with breakdowns by payment method, employee, and station — see who sold what and how it was paid for.
  • Inventory report for in-store stock with price, cost, and retail and cost value.
  • 13-month sales velocity tracker by manufacturer or category with charts (also surfaced in Inventory Management).
  • Held order tracker with "days held" count for stale orders — see what's been sitting and follow up before it ages out.
  • Work order statistics showing tickets by status, overdue work, and revenue (see Services, Layaway & Consignment).
  • Customer order history view from any order screen — full purchase history visible inline.
  • Cash drawer reports per session and per employee (see Employees & Memberships).
  • Range analytics report covering lane utilization, membership usage, and range revenue trends — the range side of the house gets the same operational visibility as retail.
  • CSV exports for operational reports, full customer purchase history, and an accounting-ledger export you can hand straight to your bookkeeper.
  • Revenue Recognition report with a revenue and tax breakdown and cost of goods, exportable to CSV.
  • Layaway Program report with completion and forfeit rates, collected and outstanding balances, margin and days to outcome.
  • Tax Groups report for stores with more than one tax rate.
  • Saved order views in the Action Center, each exportable to CSV in full.
  • Report access by role, so each role sees only the reports it needs.
  • Tender Collections report that totals every payment type for the period — now including tax collected — so end-of-day and end-of-month reconciliation ties out.
  • Revenue and collections can differ. Sales reports show recognized sales activity, while Tender Collections shows money received by payment method; held, layaway, transfer, or other completion states may require both views.
  • Merchandising signals such as Fresh Arrivals, approval-based markdown recommendations, Stock Pulse history, and AI cross-sells help staff decide what to feature or review.
