One Screen For Everything That Needs A Person
The WooCommerce order list shows one status at a time, so finding everything that needs attention means clicking through filters and remembering the rest. The Action Center sits right under Dashboard and turns your orders into saved views, each a queue with a live count, so anyone on staff can open one screen and see what to do next.
Queues Built From Your Own Rules
- Status rules for all active orders, only certain statuses or everything except some, including custom statuses from other plugins.
- Workflow tags your staff define, like “waiting on customer” or “needs call”, that sit on top of order statuses instead of replacing them.
- Age and source filters for orders older or newer than a number of days, and for POS, website or GunBroker orders.
- Columns per view, so a ship queue and a layaway queue each show what matters to them, with ages colored amber after a week and red after two.
- Shared or personal views with their own links, so a queue can be bookmarked at the shipping station or left on a wall screen with auto-refresh.
- Bulk actions to tag, add notes and change statuses, with each change checked after it saves, and a CSV export of any whole view.
Layaways That Can’t Slip Through
- Past due and stalled views built from facts every plan has: start date, term and last payment, so paid-off plans waiting on pickup never show as late.
- Payment milestones for stores that set a schedule, showing days late and the amount needed to catch up, with a Most overdue sort.
- A review list for plans whose balance can’t be confirmed, with the reason, instead of guessing whether they’re current or late.
When This Happens, Do That
Rules read top to bottom as When, If, Then and Else, with no flowchart to wire up.
- Event triggers for new orders, status changes, tags added or removed, notes, and layaways created, paid, paid off or cancelled.
- Time triggers from a daily sweep: layaways past term, no payment in a set number of days, terms ending soon, or orders sitting in a status too long.
- Actions to send an email with placeholders, send a signed webhook to your CRM or texting service, change the status, add or remove a tag, add a note, or wait up to 30 days.
- Else branches, so one rule can email the customers it can reach and tag the rest for a call.
Built To Be Trusted With Your Customers
- Dry-run testing against any order shows the branch and the exact email or webhook, without sending anything.
- A run log records every run and every step for 90 days, with failures highlighted.
- Loop protection stops a rule from setting itself off and caps how often one can run on an order.
- Fresh data: conditions are checked when the rule runs, and an interrupted run never repeats a finished step.
- Admin-only editing, with shop managers able to see every rule and the run log.
- A list of outside automations, like WooCommerce emails and layaway reminders, so you can see what already emails customers before adding a rule.
