Zanders Sporting Goods Integration For Firearms Retailers

Zanders Sporting Goods is one of the longest-running independent firearms distributors in the country, with a deep catalog across firearms, ammunition, optics, and accessories. We sync their catalog and inventory feed directly into MFS Exchange so your storefront, your POS, and your GunBroker listings can all sell from Zanders stock without a separate management layer.

What's Integrated

The Zanders Connection

Our Zanders integration runs against the same WooCommerce data model as the rest of MFS Exchange — meaning Zanders inventory shows up alongside your local stock and your other distributor feeds as one unified catalog. That same catalog is what gets pushed out to your GunBroker listings, so the products you sell on every channel pull from a single source of truth.

Sync layer · FFL Cockpit. Zanders' catalog and inventory feed are delivered through FFL Cockpit, the same feed provider most WooCommerce-based platforms in this space use. We include the FFL Cockpit subscription in your MFS Exchange plan — you don't pay separately for it.
  • Full catalog sync — product data, attributes, images, and categories pulled from the Zanders feed.
  • Near-real-time inventory — stock levels reflect Zanders' availability on a ~20-minute sync cycle, with configurable buffers to prevent overselling between syncs.
  • Live pricing with markup rules — percentage or fixed markup, MAP enforcement, and per-product overrides.
  • Dropship routing — Zanders-fulfilled orders are flagged and routed to Zanders automatically; mixed-cart orders split correctly between firearms and accessories accounts.
  • Distributor-aware routing — every Zanders product is tagged so reporting, shipping, and GunBroker logic all know it's distributor stock.
  • GunBroker syndication — list Zanders inventory directly to GunBroker with auto-detection of distributor vs. local stock.
How It Fits

One Catalog. Every Channel.

When a customer buys a Zanders-stocked product on your site, your POS knows. When a counter sale moves your local copy of an item, Zanders' feed handles the next one. When you list to GunBroker, you can choose to syndicate local stock, Zanders stock, or both. The point of the unified data model is that you stop thinking about which silo each unit lives in — the system handles it.

Getting Connected

What We Need To Wire Zanders Up

Zanders is wired up through three separate accounts inside FFL Cockpit — one for firearms, one for accessories, and one for ship-to-store. Each has its own API username and password. Here is exactly what we need from you and what you'll need to confirm with your Zanders sales rep.

What we need from you

API username and password for all three Zanders accounts. Usernames are typically email addresses (often ending in @gzanders.org). Passwords look like a long UUID-style string.

Firearms

Primary dropship account for firearm orders.

Account 2

Primary dropship account for non-firearm products.

What you need to do at Zanders

If you don't already have these credentials, reach out to your Zanders sales rep. Two things to confirm:

  • Drop shipping is enabled on your account. If it isn't yet, the credentials they send won't work for the integration — ask them to enable it first.
  • You need API credentials for all three accounts: firearms, accessories, and ship-to-store.
Heads up — Zanders setup fee. Zanders historically charges a $250 setup fee to enable drop shipping on an account. The fee is refundable after a certain volume of sales (your sales rep can confirm the current threshold). This fee is charged by Zanders, not by us — we don't see any portion of it.
Plan Availability

Included With MFS Exchange

The Zanders integration is included at no additional cost from us. Your FFL Cockpit subscription is bundled into the $300/mo platform fee — you don't pay separately for the feed, for the integration, or for the unlimited distributor connections that come with it. The only Zanders-side cost is the one-time setup fee noted above.
