Our Tactical Gear Distributors integration runs against the same WooCommerce data model as the rest of MFS Exchange — meaning TGD inventory shows up alongside your local stock and your other distributor feeds as one unified catalog. That same catalog is what gets pushed out to your GunBroker listings, so the products you sell on every channel pull from a single source of truth.

Sync layer · FFL Cockpit. Tactical Gear Distributors' catalog and inventory feed are delivered through FFL Cockpit, the same feed provider most WooCommerce-based platforms in this space use. We include the FFL Cockpit subscription in your MFS Exchange plan — you don't pay separately for it.

Full catalog sync — product data, attributes, images, and categories pulled from the TGD feed.
Near-real-time inventory — stock levels reflect TGD's availability on a ~20-minute sync cycle, with configurable buffers to prevent overselling between syncs.
Live pricing with markup rules — percentage or fixed markup, MAP enforcement, and per-product overrides.
TGD SKU prefix — every TGD product imports under the TGD prefix, so distributor stock is instantly distinguishable from your local SKUs and your other feeds.
Home-based dealer friendly — TGD supports home-based FFLs, so selling their catalog is open to dealers without a storefront.
Distributor-aware routing — every TGD product is tagged so reporting, shipping, and GunBroker logic all know it's distributor stock.
GunBroker syndication — list TGD inventory directly to GunBroker with auto-detection of distributor vs. local stock.

Heads up — ammunition shipping. TGD only ships ammunition to East Coast destinations. Non-ammo products dropship as normal; if you sell ammo from the TGD feed, orders bound outside their East Coast shipping range won't fulfill through them. We can help you set product or regional rules so ammo from TGD only shows where it can actually ship.

Note on NFA / SOT. NFA / SOT dropship availability through TGD isn't confirmed. If you need it, let us know and we'll verify with TGD before you commit — and if they don't dropship it, distributors like Orion, Bill Hicks, and 2nd Amendment Wholesale do, on the same platform.

When a customer buys a TGD-stocked product on your site, your POS knows. When a counter sale moves your local copy of an item, their feed handles the next one. When you list to GunBroker, you can choose to syndicate local stock, TGD stock, or both. The point of the unified data model is that you stop thinking about which silo each unit lives in — the system handles it.

How fulfillment works. TGD's catalog, inventory, and pricing sync automatically, but fulfillment is email-based — dropship orders are submitted to TGD by email rather than pushed through an automated order API. Your onboarding rep walks you through that workflow at setup.
