The RSR Connection

Our RSR integration runs against the same WooCommerce data model as the rest of MFS Exchange — meaning RSR inventory shows up alongside your local stock and your other distributor feeds as one unified catalog. That same catalog is what gets pushed out to your GunBroker listings, so the products you sell on every channel pull from a single source of truth. No separate dashboard to check, no second source of truth to reconcile.

Sync layer · FFL Cockpit. RSR's catalog and inventory feed are delivered through FFL Cockpit, the same feed provider most WooCommerce-based platforms in this space use. We include the FFL Cockpit subscription in your MFS Exchange plan — you don't pay separately for it.

Full catalog sync — product data, attributes, images, and categories pulled from the RSR feed.
Near-real-time inventory — stock levels reflect RSR's availability on a ~20-minute sync cycle, with configurable buffers to prevent overselling between syncs.
Live pricing with markup rules — percentage or fixed markup, MAP enforcement, and per-product overrides.
Dropship routing — RSR-fulfilled orders are flagged and routed to RSR automatically; mixed-cart orders split correctly.
Distributor-aware routing — every RSR product is tagged so reporting, shipping, and GunBroker logic all know it's distributor stock.
GunBroker syndication — list RSR inventory directly to GunBroker with auto-detection of distributor vs. local stock.

How It Fits

One Catalog. Every Channel.

When a customer buys an RSR-stocked product on your site, your POS knows. When a counter sale moves your local copy of an item, RSR's feed handles the next one. When you list to GunBroker, you can choose to syndicate local stock, RSR stock, or both. The point of the unified data model is that you stop thinking about which silo each unit lives in — the system handles it.

What We Need To Wire RSR Up

Here is exactly what we need from you to bring RSR online in your MFS Exchange build — including the email you'll need to send RSR yourself to activate the Live API. We handle everything else.

What we need from you

Account number and password for your main RSR account
Account number and password for your dropship RSR account

If you don't have these handy, your RSR rep can supply them. The password we need is the one you use to log into RSR's website (more on that in a moment).

What you need to do at RSR

For RSR to allow electronic ordering against your account, your fulfillment account must be activated in their Live API. Send this email to [email protected] before your build kicks off — replace the placeholders with your account number:

Dear RSR, Please activate account (#XXXXXXX) within your Live API system, so that we can place electronic orders within this account. We are using Garidium for this integration. Thank you.

Heads up — password gotcha. When RSR replies, they'll often send an email containing your account number and a password. That's not the password we need. We need the password you use to log into RSR's website — for both the main account and the dropship account. If you don't remember it (very common, especially for the fulfillment account), do a password reset on RSR's site and send us the new one.

The RSR integration is included at no additional cost. Your distributor feed subscription is bundled into the $300/mo platform fee — you don't pay separately for the feed, for the integration, or for the unlimited distributor connections that come with it.
