The Lipsey's Connection
Our Lipsey's integration runs against the same WooCommerce data model as the rest of MFS Exchange — meaning Lipsey's inventory shows up alongside your local stock and your other distributor feeds as one unified catalog. That same catalog is what gets pushed out to your GunBroker listings, so the products you sell on every channel pull from a single source of truth.
- Full catalog sync — product data, attributes, images, and categories pulled from the Lipsey's feed.
- Near-real-time inventory — stock levels reflect Lipsey's availability on a ~20-minute sync cycle, with configurable buffers to prevent overselling between syncs.
- Live pricing with markup rules — percentage or fixed markup, MAP enforcement, and per-product overrides.
- Dropship routing — Lipsey's-fulfilled orders are flagged and routed to them automatically through your dropship-enabled account; mixed-cart orders split correctly.
- Distributor-aware routing — every Lipsey's product is tagged so reporting, shipping, and GunBroker logic all know it's distributor stock.
- GunBroker syndication — list Lipsey's inventory directly to GunBroker with auto-detection of distributor vs. local stock.
One Catalog. Every Channel.
When a customer buys a Lipsey's-stocked product on your site, your POS knows. When a counter sale moves your local copy of an item, their feed handles the next one. When you list to GunBroker, you can choose to syndicate local stock, Lipsey's stock, or both. The point of the unified data model is that you stop thinking about which silo each unit lives in — the system handles it.
What We Need To Wire Lipsey's Up
Lipsey's runs on a two-account model — you'll have a regular main account and a separate dropship-enabled account. We need credentials for both, and we'll use the dropship account for any orders routed through their fulfillment program.
What we need from you
Account email and password for both Lipsey's accounts. The email is usually the address you use to log in to Lipsey's; the password is the same one you use on their website.
Your standard Lipsey's account — what you use for normal ordering and catalog browsing.

Your dropship-enabled account — the integration uses this for any orders fulfilled directly to customers.

What you need to verify at Lipsey's
Lipsey's requires a separate, dropship-enabled account for the integration to work. If you don't have one, your sales rep can either flip a flag on an existing account or create a new one for you.
DROPSHIP SALES section near the top of the page. If you don't, that account is not dropship-enabled and the integration will not work with it — contact your Lipsey's rep and ask them to either enable dropshipping on the account or set up a new one. This is the most common reason a Lipsey's connection fails on first attempt.
Included With MFS Exchange
The Lipsey's integration is included at no additional cost. Your FFL Cockpit subscription is bundled into the $300/mo platform fee — you don't pay separately for the feed, for the integration, or for the unlimited distributor connections that come with it.
