Our Davidson's integration runs against the same WooCommerce data model as the rest of MFS Exchange — meaning Davidson's inventory shows up alongside your local stock and your other distributor feeds as one unified catalog. That same catalog is what gets pushed out to your GunBroker listings, so the products you sell on every channel pull from a single source of truth.
- Full catalog sync — product data, attributes, images, and categories pulled from the Davidson's feed.
- Near-real-time inventory — stock levels reflect Davidson's availability on a ~20-minute sync cycle, with configurable buffers to prevent overselling between syncs.
- Live pricing with markup rules — percentage or fixed markup, MAP enforcement, and per-product overrides.
- Ship-to-store ordering — Davidson's-sourced orders are placed with Davidson's automatically and routed to your primary warehouse for fulfillment to your store.
- Warehouse-aware routing — the integration uses your configured primary warehouse (North Carolina or Arizona) to source orders correctly.
- Distributor-aware tagging — every Davidson's product is tagged so reporting, shipping, and GunBroker logic all know it's distributor stock.
- GunBroker syndication — list Davidson's inventory directly to GunBroker with auto-detection of distributor vs. local stock.
Ship To Store, Not Customer
Davidson's is different from the dropship distributors in our network — they ship to your FFL location rather than directly to the end customer. The integration still automates the ordering side: when a sale happens on your storefront, the order is placed with Davidson's and sourced from your configured warehouse, and the unit ships to your store for you to handle from there. Your store stays in the middle of every Davidson's transaction, which is fine for some workflows and a hard constraint for others — worth understanding before you onboard.

- Your primary shipping location — North Carolina or Arizona (Davidson's has two warehouses, and the integration needs to know which one to source orders from)
