Crow Shooting Supply Integration For Firearms Retailers

Crow Shooting Supply is a firearms, ammunition, and outdoor wholesale distributor with a strong dropship program for licensed retailers. We sync their catalog directly into MFS Exchange so your storefront, your POS, and your GunBroker listings can all sell from Crow stock without a separate management layer.

What's Integrated

The Crow Shooting Supply Connection

Our Crow Shooting Supply integration runs against the same WooCommerce data model as the rest of MFS Exchange — meaning Crow inventory shows up alongside your local stock and your other distributor feeds as one unified catalog. That same catalog is what gets pushed out to your GunBroker listings, so the products you sell on every channel pull from a single source of truth.

Sync layer · FFL Cockpit. Crow Shooting Supply's catalog and inventory feed are delivered through FFL Cockpit, the same feed provider most WooCommerce-based platforms in this space use. We include the FFL Cockpit subscription in your MFS Exchange plan — you don't pay separately for it.
  • Full catalog sync — product data, attributes, images, and categories pulled from the Crow feed.
  • Near-real-time inventory — stock levels reflect Crow's availability on a ~20-minute sync cycle, with configurable buffers to prevent overselling between syncs.
  • Live pricing with markup rules — percentage or fixed markup, MAP enforcement, and per-product overrides.
  • CROW SKU prefix — every Crow product imports under the CROW prefix, so distributor stock is instantly distinguishable from your local SKUs and your other feeds.
  • Dropship routing — Crow-fulfilled orders are flagged and routed to them automatically; mixed-cart orders split correctly.
  • Distributor-aware routing — every Crow product is tagged so reporting, shipping, and GunBroker logic all know it's distributor stock.
  • GunBroker syndication — list Crow inventory directly to GunBroker with auto-detection of distributor vs. local stock.
Note on NFA / SOT. Crow's dropship program covers standard firearms, ammunition, and accessories — it does not include NFA / SOT items. If you need NFA / SOT dropship, distributors like Orion, Bill Hicks, and 2nd Amendment Wholesale handle it, and we can route those products through them on the same platform.
How It Fits

One Catalog. Every Channel.

When a customer buys a Crow-stocked product on your site, your POS knows. When a counter sale moves your local copy of an item, their feed handles the next one. When you list to GunBroker, you can choose to syndicate local stock, Crow stock, or both. The point of the unified data model is that you stop thinking about which silo each unit lives in — the system handles it.

Getting Connected

What We Need To Wire Crow Up

Crow Shooting Supply runs on the same FFL Cockpit feed layer as the rest of our distributor integrations, so the setup is simple. For your Crow connection, we need your API Security Code.

What we need from you

  • Your Crow API Security Code
Don't have your API Security Code handy? Your Crow sales rep can supply it. Once we have it, we connect the feed on our side and your Crow catalog starts syncing.
Heads up — Crow signup fee. Crow Shooting Supply charges a one-time $500 signup fee to enable dropshipping on your account. This fee is charged by Crow, not by us — we don't see any portion of it.
Plan Availability

Included With MFS Exchange

The Crow Shooting Supply integration is included at no additional cost from us. Your FFL Cockpit subscription is bundled into the $300/mo platform fee — you don't pay separately for the feed, for the integration, or for the unlimited distributor connections that come with it. The only Crow-side cost is the one-time $500 signup fee noted above.
