The Countrywide Sports Connection

Our Countrywide Sports integration runs against the same WooCommerce data model as the rest of MFS Exchange — meaning Countrywide inventory shows up alongside your local stock and your other distributor feeds as one unified catalog. That same catalog is what gets pushed out to your GunBroker listings, so the products you sell on every channel pull from a single source of truth.

Sync layer · FFL Cockpit. Countrywide Sports' catalog and inventory feed are delivered through FFL Cockpit, the same feed provider most WooCommerce-based platforms in this space use. We include the FFL Cockpit subscription in your MFS Exchange plan — you don't pay separately for it.

Full catalog sync — product data, attributes, images, and categories pulled from the Countrywide feed, across both their firearms and accessories catalogs.
Near-real-time inventory — stock levels reflect Countrywide's availability on a ~20-minute sync cycle, with configurable buffers to prevent overselling between syncs.
Live pricing with markup rules — percentage or fixed markup, MAP enforcement, and per-product overrides.
CWS SKU prefix — every Countrywide product imports under the CWS prefix, so distributor stock is instantly distinguishable from your local SKUs and your other feeds.
Home-based dealer friendly — Countrywide supports home-based FFLs, so selling their catalog is open to dealers without a storefront.
Distributor-aware routing — every Countrywide product is tagged so reporting, shipping, and GunBroker logic all know it's distributor stock.
GunBroker syndication — list Countrywide inventory directly to GunBroker with auto-detection of distributor vs. local stock.

How fulfillment works. Countrywide's catalog, inventory, and pricing sync automatically, and Countrywide dropships orders directly to your customers. Automated order submission isn't part of their integration, so dropship orders are placed with Countrywide directly rather than pushed through the feed. Your onboarding rep walks you through that workflow at setup.

Note on NFA / SOT. Countrywide's dropship program does not include NFA / SOT items. If you need NFA / SOT dropship, distributors like Orion, Bill Hicks, and 2nd Amendment Wholesale handle it, and we can route those products through them on the same platform.

When a customer buys a Countrywide-stocked product on your site, your POS knows. When a counter sale moves your local copy of an item, their feed handles the next one. When you list to GunBroker, you can choose to syndicate local stock, Countrywide stock, or both. The point of the unified data model is that you stop thinking about which silo each unit lives in — the system handles it.

Countrywide Sports runs on the same FFL Cockpit feed layer as the rest of our distributor integrations. Countrywide issues separate accounts for firearms and for accessories, so we need the login for both.

Don't have both logins handy? Your Countrywide sales rep can help you sort out the gun and accessories account credentials. Once we have both, we connect the feeds on our side and your Countrywide catalog starts syncing.

The Countrywide Sports integration is included at no additional cost. Your FFL Cockpit subscription is bundled into the $300/mo platform fee — you don't pay separately for the feed, for the integration, or for the unlimited distributor connections that come with it. Countrywide charges no signup fee to connect, so there's no distributor-side cost to get started.
