The CamFour Connection

Our CamFour integration runs against the same WooCommerce data model as the rest of MFS Exchange — meaning CamFour inventory shows up alongside your local stock and your other distributor feeds as one unified catalog. That same catalog is what gets pushed out to your GunBroker listings, so the products you sell on every channel pull from a single source of truth.

Sync layer · FFL Cockpit. CamFour's catalog and inventory feed are delivered through FFL Cockpit, the same feed provider most WooCommerce-based platforms in this space use. We include the FFL Cockpit subscription in your MFS Exchange plan — you don't pay separately for it.

Full catalog sync — product data, attributes, images, and categories pulled from the CamFour feed.
Near-real-time inventory — stock levels reflect CamFour's availability on a ~20-minute sync cycle, with configurable buffers to prevent overselling between syncs.
Live pricing with markup rules — percentage or fixed markup, MAP enforcement, and per-product overrides.
CAM4 SKU prefix — every CamFour product imports under the CAM4 prefix, so distributor stock is instantly distinguishable from your local SKUs and your other feeds.
NFA / SOT dropship support — CamFour is one of the distributors who'll dropship NFA / SOT inventory, and the catalog handles it the same way as the rest of the feed.
Distributor-aware routing — every CamFour product is tagged so reporting, shipping, and GunBroker logic all know it's distributor stock.
GunBroker syndication — list CamFour inventory directly to GunBroker with auto-detection of distributor vs. local stock.

How fulfillment works. CamFour's catalog, inventory, and pricing sync automatically, and CamFour dropships orders — including NFA / SOT — directly to your customers. Automated order submission isn't part of their integration, so dropship orders are placed with CamFour directly rather than pushed through the feed. Your onboarding rep walks you through that workflow at setup.

When you list to GunBroker, you can choose to syndicate local stock, CamFour stock, or both. Don't have your API key handy? Your CamFour sales rep can supply it. Once we have it, we connect the feed on our side and your CamFour catalog starts syncing.

The CamFour integration is included at no additional cost. Your FFL Cockpit subscription is bundled into the $300/mo platform fee — you don't pay separately for the feed, for the integration, or for the unlimited distributor connections that come with it. CamFour charges no signup fee to connect, so there's no distributor-side cost to get started.
